How Much DOes it Cost?

We charge $66 to cover the first 30 minutes, thereafter we charge $44 per half hour.

Most issues are resolved in under 90 minutes.

Can I get an Estimate?

Certainly you are welcome to call us and we will do our best to advise if we believe it is an issue we can fix remotely. But we can only estimate as without first logging in we cannot be positive about the issue or how we will resolve it. 

What if You Cannot Fix it?

We will not charge you for any additional time and the initial $66 is applied as a credit. Horizontech Computer Specialists can apply this towards a Workshop Service, Onsite Service and by arrangement a hardware upgrade.

What are the Requirement?

28.8 Kbps or greater internet connection. Windows XP or newer Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or later or Safari 1.3 or later. Team Viewer available here for download

Is it Secure?

Yes, system is secured using team veiwer. A technician can only access the customers PC when they provide the password generated by team veiwer.
